Father’s Day without a father

Father’s day is a great time to say thank you to your dad and show them how much you appreciate them.  But what happens when your dad has died? Balloons has produced an information sheet for both young people bereaved of a father, and for the family, friends and professional support around them.   Our information sheet offers advice and suggestions of how to remember your dad on father’s day and to cope with the feelings that inevitably arise for the young people and their families.  If you have concerns about a child or young person in the lead up to Father’s Day and are based in the Exeter, Mid and East Devon area you can contact us on 01392 826064 or email admin@balloonscharity.co.uk.  You can also download a copy of our information sheet Coping with Father’s Day (12)
