20 years of making a difference – August: Pam’s story

A difficult time at the special school where Pam worked introduced her to Balloons. The support and training she received left such a lasting impression that, when she retired, she became a volunteer Grief Support Worker herself!

Now, five years on, Pam says working with bereaved children and young people is one of the most fulfilling things she has ever done.
